LPF is an experienced producer of high quality stand-up pouches. The use of this packaging format has been growing rapidly the last ten years and with good reason. Stand-up pouches offer differentiating and efficient shelf presentation, great transport efficiency resulting in lower costs and environmental benefits, consumer convenience and moreover: Stand-up pouches can command a higher price in stores!
Our expertise with high barrier laminates and experience with retorting and pasteurization processes has allowed us to develop the perfect retortable stand-up pouch for a wide range of concepts. We can supply our pouches on reels for VFFS machines or pre-made. Either way, all our stand-up pouches are offering several benefits to consumers as well as producers: Great shelf presentation, gravure printed up to 9 colours, retortable, microwaveable, easy to open, lightweight and efficient in transport. Another important benefit is that retorting of products in our stand-up pouches requires less time and energy than retorting of products in glass or tin cans, resulting in better taste and higher nutritional value. Excellent oxygen and water vapour barrier guaranteed!
Of course, we can also produce stand-up pouches for other purposes such as body and healthcare products, fresh products, pet food, horticultural products or even toys.
